Great location, close to the lift on a very quiet street. There is plenty of space around the apartment where you can park for free. A great-value restaurant and a small children’s play area are opposite the apartment. There is also a 24-hour supermarket just around the corner, where they also make a very good 2-leaf coffee and cappuccino. Large apartment, spacious rooms, great views from the balconies. Large and comfortable beds. It is also a great comfort to have an elevator in the building.

The location was great, the kitchen was fully equipped, it was warm, clean and tidy. We're happy and we'd like to visit him again. We recommend it!
There wasn't enough hot water for four people, but it's not much.

The unique features of the Family 2-Bed Apartment impressed us by the spacious layout, two balconies with garden and mountain views, and the private hot tub. The free hammam, wellness packages, and family-friendly staff added to the charm of our stay, making it a perfect choice.

Great location. Clean and with all the amenities. We used the spa every day. There is a ski storage room, free transfer to the gondola - yes. I recommend it.

We had a great stay, Charis was really helpful in directing us to ski-hire and a ski-instructor. He was a great host, checked in via WhatsApp to ensure we had all we needed. The apartment was Cozy, warm, tons of piping hot water, clean and had plenty of facilities - Netflix, cooking facilities and 2 balconies with fabulous views. If we go back to Bansko, I'd definitely see if Charis had availability. It was ideal. Thank you very much for a great stay :)a

This is not the first time we stayed at family 2-bedroom apartment with family and friends (4 adults /4 children) We all had a truly memorable experience. We enjoyed the free wellness packages and spa facilities, making our stay incredibly relaxing. The free transfer and quick access to the Gondola Lift for skiing and the warm hospitality provided by Charis made our trip unforgettable.

We had a great stay and amazing value for money. We and personally would go back with less people.
Distance to lift and center, price, lovely sunny views, bedrooms very spacious and comfortable.
Sofa beds were uncomfortable (although when I pointed this out they are being replaced). We should have got 3 bedroom apartment so we could have a longer to chill in too (not the owners fault).

The apartment was clean, well equipped and warm on arrival! There are two balconies, good sized wardrobes and facilities to wash and dry clothing. The use of the spa facilities across the road is an added bonus. The apartment is conveniently located, with the Main Street only a minute away where you’ll find bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is only 5-7mins walk to the gondola.

The Location was great. The apartment is surrounded with lots of restaurants and supermarkets. A spacious clean apartment. Two balconies with great mountain views. The apartment is fully equipped with everything we need for cooking, a big refrigeration, a Washing machine with dryer, fully airconditioned in all rooms. Our host Charis was very helpful making sure we have everything we need
We had a great time for sure we come back next year

I stayed at the apartment and my experience was excellent. It is located in a central area, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, which made our stay very convenient and practical. Even though it is in the center, the neighborhood is quiet and you can sleep peacefully at night without any noise.
The view from the room was truly wonderful and made our mornings even more enjoyable. For those who love skiing, there are nearby stores where you can buy or rent equipment, which is a great advantage. There is also available parking, which is very convenient for those traveling by car.
The room was warm, spacious, and very clean, with extremely comfortable beds. There was hot water even late at night, as well as a hairdryer, which we really appreciated. The apartment includes all the necessary amenities, such as a fully equipped kitchen and a kettle, giving you the option to prepare your own meals whenever you like.
I would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it!
